I was very impressed until the pen quit on me and would not recharge. It's only half gone. The product, so far, has been vastly superior to any other brand I've tried where, i swear, they dip the wick in real product so it's lovely the first 3 hits and nothing for the rest of the cart. A shame about the oen, tho. Any ideas that could help?
